PGK together with Myanmar Human Right Commission, PEN Myanmar organized the workshop on Freedom of Expression and Right to Information for senior government officials from 4 to 5 March in Nay Pyi Taw 2020. Senior government officials who are spoke person from different ministries , representatives from Myanmar Human Right Commission and PEN Myanmar PGK and also senior officials from Attorney General Office attended the workshop . The senior officials from Ministry of Information provided RTI draft law revised by MOI and the representative from Attorney General Office provided feed back to this draft RTI law. Program Manager from PGK presented about concept and principle of RTI. Participants discussed about potential challenges of RTI law implementation and give suggestion to overcome those challenges. PEN Myanmar gave presentation on Freedom of Expression and also Public Relationship principles.
